To simplify the process we have created a package / menu system for our rates and a full explanation can be downloaded from our ratecard.

All events require a site survey which is from £250 to ensure a satellite line of site can be established and our Press Connectivity Pack for an FTP and general internet connection on a 10:1 contention is £940.

Our Base Package Uplink is £1440 to uplink from a feed provided by yourselves - or for our fully managed service "Live production" providing the client with the camera crew, vision engineers (sound and vision mixing), an encoding engineer, plus  all the cables and a 'runner' to help facilitate the set up,  which is encoded to Windows Media plaform at 512kb costs £4025.

In addition we can assist you with a range of added value services as is required to support the event, should you require any video effects, titling, extra cameramen, video archiving or indeed a higher quality video broadcast such as MPEG4 to Satellite or Cable platforms or different encding file formats such as MacroMedia Flash, Quicktime, Real, DivX.

We would be happy to discuss your particular requirements and provide you with an estimate of the costs. Some events will require travel or accommodation disbursements to be met, depending on timings and locations.
